How does my subscription work
Set up monthly card payments or direct debits to cover the cost of your Subscription and your Subscription Pack will activate on the date agreed when joining.
Your Subscription will last for up to 30 days, depending on the type you’ve chosen, and will automatically renew after this time if direct card payments or direct debits are set up.
If you run out of your allowance and want to upgrade your plan you will need to upgrade by calling or requesting via our chat.

Sometimes, to get data services up and running, you’ll need to turn your device off and on again once activating.

How do I keep my number?
f you’re moving to us from another network, don’t worry – there’s a simple process all network providers follow to make things easy for everyone. Call your old network to say you’re leaving and they’ll give you a special code called a Port Authorisation Code (PAC) that you’ll need to give us when you receive your new SIM through the post.
